Hi! I am Hridoy Kundu (একজন বিশুদ্ধ বাঙালী) – the person behind the site: Dear Health. It was founded on May 8, 2023.
This website is made to share authentic and reliable health information with everyone as simply as possible.
The phrase “as simple as possible” means a lot! When I searched for health-related queries online, I found that many sites were too difficult to understand. Specifically, they often used complex English or medical terms, although most could be explained in simpler terms. That instantly clicked with me. I realized I wasn’t the only one facing this problem – indeed, many others experience the same issue as well.
In many cases, where a simple exercise or a healthy habit or ayurvedic home remedy is enough, they’re suggesting tonnes of medicines, products, and whatnot!
I’ve seen many international and multinational companies selling either adulterated products or completely unhealthy ones – all in the name of “healthy”. Packaged fruit juice, soft drink, and mayonnaise companies are some examples. Moreover, they are harmful not because of their ingredients. Those Products are fundamentally bad for your health. Subsequently, no replacement of ingredients can make them safe.
For example, Soft drinks are made of carbonated water (the main ingredient). Without carbonation, these drinks wouldn’t exist. However, carbonated water combined with high amounts of sugar and additives is far from healthy for us. Therefore, these drinks are fundamentally unhealthy.
I made an excellent article on additives, which you can check out. Artificial Food Additive: Its Dirty Secrets in Processed Food
You haven’t seen the saddest part yet. Surprisingly, these companies aren’t small at all – neither in number nor in total revenue. They are not just making a few dollars; they’re making billions. It shouldn’t surprise you that this massive list of companies has market values ranging from $1 billion to over $100 billion.
The most ironic and disturbing fact is that many of them aren’t new at all; they’ve been operating for over a century.
Oh, now you might be wondering: why should you care about these companies? The truth is – they aren’t far from you. In fact, many of them are part of your daily life. From toothpaste to mouthwash, soaps to shampoos, foods to snacks, drinks to chips, and bathroom cleaners to toilet cleaners, these companies are literally everywhere around you.
At this point, you might ask: Do you and your site “Dear Health” ensure 100% health authenticity? Do you promise completely pure and healthy products?
First of all, to avoid confusion, I help people maintain their health through good habits. I’m not here to prescribe any medicines or treatments, nor to replace any doctors or health professionals.
Finally, a big “NO”: absolute certainty is impossible, especially in health. Even so, I’ll share the most effective health tips I personally follow or admire, along with my top recommendations for the best products.
So, this is how I decided: enough is enough! I’ll do my best to help people achieve health and fitness in natural ways.
Finally, I’m excited to introduce my website: dear.health
Hopefully, you will enjoy reading this as much as I enjoy writing it.
Above all, wishing you a healthy journey.
