You can never be healthy without these two!

Many people may suggest you must have plenty of things to be healthy. Frankly speaking, you just need only one or both of these two things for this – 1) Resources and 2) Money.

1) Resources:

You may not have the money or may not be the rich. But if you have access to agricultural land or plants (inherited or owned), you can grow your favourite vegetables. At such, you will remain fit without requiring much money.

2) Money:

You must be rich or have enough money to buy things around you. In this case, you may not have resources, but through money you can fill that gap.

Believe it or not, a fit and sound life costs money. When you start thinking about cheaper health products you’re most likely cutting off its healthy part.

Here are the two examples to explain you clearly:

1) Biscuits:

Healthy biscuits common ingredients are: whole Grain, whole wheat (atta) and jaggery powder.

On the other hand, cheap and unhealthy biscuits mostly use refined Grain, refined wheat (Maida), sugar and plenty of cheap chemicals like: stabilisers, acidity regulators, artificial colour, anti-caking agents, etc.

Unfortunately, those healthy biscuits costs more compared to regular unhealthy ones.

So, to stay fit, you can either buy slightly more expensive healthy biscuits or learn how to make them yourself using the resources you have.

2) Chips

A healthy chips common ingredients are: Its main element (e.g. banana for banana chips, ragi for ragi chips, peri peri for peri peri chips), iodised salt and pepper.

While unhealthy chips like potato chips contain chemical substances (mentioned above), palmolein/palm/refined oil, sugar, and other harmful ingredients. These are responsible to damage our health. Even, Potato chips itself a unhealthy chip having a lot of carbohydrates in it. Later on, these carbs turns into fat in our body and causes Obesity.

Like biscuits, these healthy chips are also slightly expensive compared to normal potato chips loaded with tonnes of chemicals and carbs. So, either you should have enough money to buy healthy chips, or you should have the resources and knowledge to cook them.

Finally, you should forget about leading a healthy life without the two – 1) Resources and 2) Money. You may have to compromise your health until you acquire one or both of them.
